Store Policies


Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. 


Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits, cut yardage or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the items.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Payment policy for Upholstery Services

A deposit of 50% or the total charge for fabric, foam or special materials, which ever is greater, is required. When a deposit is remitted, the project will then be placed in line on the production schedule and fabric will be ordered. Deposit is non-refundable.

TSRWS will contact the customer when production is ready to begin. Remaining balance is due when production is complete and before the project is delivered or picked up from our location.


Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
